With the Payroll Sync module, QuickBooks Online captures a previous day’s approved and locked pay runs from TrackTik. It creates an invoice in QuickBooks Online, which can summarize or categorize by account or employee. The invoice line item categorization format can be customized. The integration automatically maps wages and wages liability from TrackTik payroll data into QuickBooks Online. 

There are three types of bill formats for the user to choose from for displaying payroll data on invoices. By default, the summary format is selected. 

  • Summarized: This format shows the summarised amount for a specific pay run. 
  • Employee: This format shows the total wages amounts aggregated by the employee
  • Account: This format shows the total wage amounts aggregated by the account. 

The Billing Sync module syncs approved invoices and credit memos in TrackTik with QuickBooks Online invoices. Daily, the integration will sync a summary of your previous day’s billing and invoicing data from TrackTik into QuickBooks Online, generating an invoice. You can customize your preferred sales summary view choosing from a wide array of formats. By integrating TrackTik with QuickBooks Online, you can capture all payment transactions, including liabilities, tax, and fees, and easily reconcile TrackTik sales, invoices, and credit memos in QuickBooks Online.
